Why can some HZY products be used as shampoo, cleanser, etc?

HZY’s shampoo is made with a kind heart using the best herbal ingredients. Our traditional fermentation method allows us to create mild products that can be used for multiple applications.

How can HZY products have a shelf life of more than half a year without preservatives? How long do HZY products last? How can I be sure that the product I receive is fresh?

The traditional fermentation process used by HZY not only makes our products milder and more absorbable but also increases the natural preservative characteristics of the plant ingredients. This, in combination with essential oils, not only makes our products smell great but also extends their shelf life. The shelf life of HZY products is generally one year. Our shampoos typically last one and a half years, and our handmade soap lasts up to three years. You can increase the shelf life even more by storing our products in the refrigerator. Since all of our products our handcrafted, we can ensure that everything we make is newly made and sold in a short period of time.

How long is the shelf life of HZY? If the shelf life is not long, can we ensure that the product we receive is new?

The shelf life of HZY is generally one year, shampoo is one and a half years, and handmade soap is three years. It will be longer if stored well, twice as long, for example in the refrigerator.
Manual production is not industrial mass production, so it will not be done a lot each time, to ensure that it is sold out in a short time, and to make new orders.

Is the date on the bottom of the package the production date or the expiration date? How long can I use a product after opening?

The date on the package is the production date. For best results, we recommend using skin care products within three months of opening and cleaning products within six months of opening.
